Meet Alexis

Alexis J. has been writing poetry, prose, and screenplays since she was in the second grade, and was convinced she’d be the next Steven Spielberg by age twelve.

Since those formative years, she has expanded her scope of work to include marketing campaign concepts, advertising, social media copy, and press releases. Her strengths are proofing materials and adding nuance and depth from years of working with multicultural groups and content creators.

From an internship with entrepreneurs in Singapore to her time at the award-winning marketing agency IW Group, Alexis has solidified her skills. She will add Grant Writing to the mix as she completes her Master of Fine Arts degree by Spring 2026.

Alexis lives and works in Los Angeles, where she is devoted to inspiring her fellow creatives by supporting local arts initiatives and nonprofit organizations.
